はじめまして、Yumiです。2015年からBASI pilatesでconprehensiveを取得したのち、沢山の現場経験を積みました。2021年にundopilatesをオープンしてからはクラシカルピラティスや様々なワークショップ、トレーニングコースに参加し知見を広め、枠にとらわれないピラティスの楽しさを伝えています。マタニティからキッズ、インストラクターまで様々なレベルにあわせて丁寧かつ的確なセッションが定評です。
